THE ROLE

Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is a creative, detail-driven visual thinker who can bring brands to life across digital and physical touchpoints. This role calls for strong design fundamentals, confidence working across multiple brand ecosystems, and the ability to execute high-quality work efficiently across varied projects.

In this role, you’ll design purpose-led visuals for a wide range of clients and industries, from social-first content to OOH, print, and full brand systems. It’s a hands-on, flexible opportunity for someone who loves variety, thinks strategically about design, and can confidently take ideas from concept through to execution.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Design & Execution

  • Design and deliver visual assets across social media, OOH, print, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and more.

  • Create work that is both visually strong and strategically aligned to brand and campaign objectives.

  • Adapt design styles across multiple brands, tones, and industries with ease.

  • Design both within existing brand guidelines and from scratch when building new brand identities.

Brand & Visual Systems

  • Support the creation and evolution of brand ecosystems, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines.

  • Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.

  • Think beyond single assets and consider how designs work as part of a wider system.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with Account Managers to interpret briefs and deliver against client needs.

  • Manage your own time, priorities, and workload across multiple projects.

  • Respond to feedback constructively and refine work efficiently.

  • Balance flexibility with accountability in a fast-paced agency environment.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a passionate, thoughtful designer with a strong grasp of visual communication and purpose-led design.

 

You care about why something is being designed, not just how it looks.

 

You’re adaptable, organised, and confident jumping between different projects, brands, and styles, while maintaining a high standard of work from start to finish.

 

You’re comfortable working independently, managing your own time, and taking ownership of your output.

 

You understand that agency life means variety, momentum, and occasional pivots, and you’re energised by that, not overwhelmed by it.

Service Name

You probably have:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work across digital and print formats.

  • Confidence designing for social-first content, OOH, and multi-channel campaigns.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

  • Strong working knowledge of Canva for fast-paced, social and client-facing assets.

  • Experience creating and working within brand guidelines and visual systems.

  • Ability to design across different niches, audiences, and brand tones.

  • Excellent attention to detail and layout, typography, and composition skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with account and creative teams.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

  • A flexible mindset and willingness to adapt to different briefs and workflows.
