THE ROLE
Marketing Executive
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day delivery of work across our marketing and production teams. You’ll manage a team of 5 and play a key role in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery for some of our key clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position — combining team oversight, project coordination, and client relationship management with an eye on performance and retention. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure that delivery is aligned with business goals and that both clients and team members feel supported and empowered.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Overseeing Day-to-Day Delivery
Work across the marketing and production teams to ensure work is delivered on time, to brief and to a high standard — spotting risks early and keeping everything on track.

Managing a Cross-Functional Team
Line-manage a team of 5, including marketers and production creatives — providing support, accountability, and development opportunities through weekly check-ins, reviews and feedback.

Supporting Project Management
Ensure projects are scoped properly, timelines are realistic, and delivery processes are clear and well-communicated. Use simple systems to track progress and maintain momentum.

Leading on Client Retention & Account Delivery
Take responsibility for the ongoing satisfaction and retention for all clients, and delivery on 3 key clients. Ensure communication is consistent, delivery is aligned to client goals, and we’re regularly adding value.

Collaborating with Leadership
Work closely with the leadership team to ensure team capacity aligns with business priorities. Share delivery insights, contribute to planning discussions, and support smooth operations across the board.

Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
Review outputs from across the team, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and effectiveness. Help spot ways to improve processes and support the team in evolving how we work.

Supporting Strategy & Campaign Planning
While not directly responsible for developing all strategies, you’ll play a key role in overseeing how they’re executed across the team — making sure deadlines, deliverables and direction are clearly understood.
