THE ROLE
Marketing Executive
The Marketing Executive is a strategic and hands-on marketer who transforms brand vision into campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role combines creative thinking with execution across SEO, paid ads, content creation, and social media, helping multiple clients grow and perform in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll take ownership of campaigns end-to-end, from developing strategy, writing compelling copy, and optimizing paid and organic performance, to analyzing results and making data-driven decisions. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, embraces responsibility, and loves turning ideas into tangible impact.
You’ll be accountable for delivering integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, engage audiences, and drive business growth for Reach and its clients, while ensuring all campaigns are optimised for SEO, digital ads, and content performance.

Conduct research, audience analysis, and competitive audits to inform strategy.

Devise and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.

Shape brand voice, messaging frameworks, and creative positioning.

Identify opportunities for growth through SEO, paid media, and content performance.

Maintain consistency across all client touchpoints and campaigns.

Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media, websites, emails, blogs, and ads.

Create content optimised for SEO to improve search visibility and traffic.

Develop campaign assets, including visuals, graphics, and multimedia content.

Manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing across all platforms.

Produce marketing materials and client communications that align with strategy.

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms.

Monitor ad performance and audience targeting to maximise ROI.

Integrate SEO and paid strategies to improve content reach and conversion.

Stay updated on platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends.

Analyse digital channel performance and make actionable recommendations.

Manage multiple client campaigns independently, ensuring deadlines are met.

Liaise with clients to understand objectives, share recommendations, and report results.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Contribute to pitch decks, proposals, and strategic presentations.

Track KPIs, analyze performance, and produce insights for future campaigns.

Use analytics tools to measure engagement, SEO impact, ad performance, and conversions.

You probably have:

Minimum 2 years' proven experience in marketing or brand management.

Full clean driver's licence and access to own transport.

Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in Gozo office.

Proficient in Canva and Meta Business Suite, as well as other relevant platforms and tools.

Strong copywriting experience and confidence.

Understanding of Meta and Google ads systems and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Data-literate with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website optimization principles.
