THE ROLE
Marketing Executive
The Marketing Executive is a creative and strategic thinker who transforms brand vision into compelling campaigns and measurable results. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple brands, channels, and platforms.
You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and driving brand performance through both creativity and data-driven insights. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership of projects, and excels in turning ideas into impact in a fast paced environment.
Accountable for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, engage target audiences, and drive business growth for Reach Communications and its clients. Responsible for delivering high-quality creative content across digital platforms while monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable marketing objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Brand Strategy & Campaign Development

Devise and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

Shape brand voice, visual identity, and messaging frameworks.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.

Identify opportunities for brand positioning and audience engagement.

Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and client projects.
Content Creation & Management

Create engaging, on-brand content for digital channels including social media, websites, email, and advertising platforms.

Develop copy, visuals, and video content that resonates with target audiences.

Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing schedules.

Produce marketing materials, campaign assets, and client communications.

Digital Marketing & Social Media
-
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Monitor social media trends and platform updates to inform content strategy.

Manage social media channels and engage with audiences authentically.
-
Leverage platform-specific features and formats to maximize reach and engagement.

Stay current with digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies.
Design & Video Production

Create visual assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.

Edit and produce video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.

Support multimedia projects from concept through to final delivery.

Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with external creatives and production teams when required.
Project Coordination & Execution

Support marketing projects from brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.

Coordinate with management, creative teams, and external stakeholders for smooth execution.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Liaise with clients to understand requirements and deliver exceptional results.

Contribute to pitch development and new business proposals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance across all digital channels.

Generate reports and present findings with actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Use analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

You probably have:

Minimum 2 years' proven experience in marketing, content creation, or brand management.

Full clean driver's license and access to own transport.

Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in Gozo office.

Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
