THE ROLE
Strategic Project Lead
We’re looking for a Strategic Project Lead to own the development of this flagship publication – and drive it like a business. That means leading every issue from idea to inbox, while growing its commercial impact and creative reach.
You’ll sit at the intersection of editorial, sales, and strategy, making sure everything runs like clockwork – with purpose, polish, and profit in mind. You’ll report directly to the agency’s leadership team and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of one of our boldest ventures.

Lead the full production cycle – across print, web, social, and video.

Set timelines, budgets, contributor schedules – and stick to them.

Coordinate internal teams and external talent to keep things moving.

Spot potential blockers before they become real problems.

Own high-level sales and partnership outreach for advertising and sponsorships.

Develop smart, multi-platform packages that clients actually want.

Turn leads into long-term partners (and open doors for agency services too).

Help grow the bottom line while keeping our brand value top of mind.

Represent the brand on a B2B and B2C level at events locally and abroad (Monaco, Dubai, London and New York)

Be the go-to person for all things magazine across the business.

Align the publication with Reach’s wider strategy and priorities.

Contribute to international rollout planning and brand positioning.

Keep a close eye on tone, values, and visual consistency.

Collaborate with editorial and design leads when needed.

Provide input on partnerships, themes, and campaign angles.
