THE ROLE

Marketing Executive

We're growing fast, and our work spans multiple channels, industries, and platforms. That's why we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager—someone with proven leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams while delivering measurable results for Reach and our clients.

 

You'll be accountable for leading integrated marketing strategies across multiple client accounts, strengthening brand positioning, engaging audiences, and driving sustainable business growth. You'll oversee campaign execution, manage team performance, and ensure all work is optimized for SEO, digital advertising, and content performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team

  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and accountability standards for team members

  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Account & Client Management

Campaign Strategy & Execution Oversight

  • Manage relationships with key client accounts, serving as primary strategic contact

  • Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments to shape long-term partnerships

  • Present strategy recommendations and campaign performance to clients

  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client and company objectives

  • Review and approve campaign briefs, creative concepts, and content calendars

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels

  • Analyze campaign performance data and recommend optimization strategies

Brand Positioning & Strategic Planning

  • Establish brand voice, messaging frameworks, and creative positioning for client accounts

  • Conduct competitive audits and market research to inform strategic recommendations

  • Identify growth opportunities through SEO, paid media, content performance, and emerging channels

  • Maintain consistency across all client touchpoints and maintain brand guidelines

Content & Creative Direction

  • Provide creative direction and strategic input on all client content and campaigns

  • Ensure copywriting, visual assets, and multimedia content align with brand and strategy

  • Approve social media content, email campaigns, blog posts, and advertising copy

  • Maintain editorial calendars and ensure consistent, on-time delivery

Service Name

You probably have:

 

  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in marketing leadership, account management, or brand management roles.

  • Demonstrated experience building and managing marketing teams (minimum 2+ direct reports or equivalent).

  • Full clean driver's licence and access to own transport.

  • Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in Gozo office.

  • Proven track record managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Advanced proficiency in marketing platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, project management systems, CRM tools).

  • Mastery of data analytics and experience translating metrics into strategic recommendations.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy across digital channels (content, social, paid ads, email, SEO, SEM).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to present to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and team priorities.

  • Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, website optimization, and paid advertising best practices across Meta and Google platforms.

  • Strong copywriting and content strategy experience.

  • Self-motivated, proactive leadership style with comfort making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.

  • Genuine passion for creative work, storytelling, brand building, and marketing innovation.

  • Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

  • Strategic thinking capability balanced with hands-on problem-solving skills.

  • Experience developing marketing strategies and translating them into executable campaign plans.

  • Experience leading marketing teams in an agency environment.

  • Spoken and written proficiency in Maltese language.

  • Additional language skills beyond English and Maltese.

  • Advanced experience with multiple paid advertising platforms beyond Meta and Google.

  • Expertise with email marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

  • Advanced project management and CRM tool experience (Trello, Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, Xero).

  • Understanding of marketing automation and lead generation strategies.

  • Experience with brand development, positioning strategy, and competitive analysis frameworks.

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, partnership campaigns, and strategic collaborations.

  • Awareness of the media, advertising, and communications landscape in Malta and broader European markets.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

  • Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.).

  • Photography or videography skills and visual content development experience.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic web design principles.

  • Experience with video production or creative direction.

  • Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies and AI-driven marketing tools.

  • Track record of successfully scaling marketing operations or launching new service lines.

  • Experience with thought leadership positioning and executive communications.

  • Understanding of brand guidelines enforcement and creative quality standards.
